Here’s a super easy but super yummy recipe! It’s super low maintenance- just dump and go!
2-3 chicken breasts
1 box of chicken stock (kitchen basics)
1 jar of green salsa: Herdez (salsa verde)
1 jar of great northern beans (Randall)
1 tablespoon ground cumin

Bake chicken breast on 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked to your liking, then shred apart.
•Wash/rinse & drain beans. Dump in pot.
•Shake up chicken stock & pour over beans.
•Pour in salsa verde.
•Add ground cumin (can adjust to taste; I use a generous amount
•Dump in shredded chicken breast.
Cook on medium-high until heated evenly (about 45 min)
Serve with your favorite fixings: Fritos & mozzarella are great choices!
