YOU GOT THIS GIRLFRIEND!

Maybe you’re an exhausted mommy who has dreams of starting up a business but you’re unsure if you can do it, or maybe you’re self conscious about your body because you are overweight and feeling like your health is injeopardy unless you start making changes. Maybe you are falling into the comparison game… constantly comparing your life to others based off  what you see on social media….wishing you had what they had, instead of being thankful for what you have and where you are at. No matter who you are, or what season of life you are in, you need to have GRACE for yourself, and grace for others.

Be honest about who you are, and fix the areas of life that need attention. If it’s your marriage, stop what you’re doing and fix it: counseling, prayer, life groups, marriage books etc. If it’s your health, start working out! Join the gym, find a workout partner, make healthier nutrition choices.  If the circle you have around you isn’t encouraging you in your faith or making you better, start cutting things and people off who don’t deserve you. You have to protect your peace. If you have dreams and goals but aren’t working towards them: write them down and work at them every single day.

You have POWER. You have INFLUENCE.  And not just in the lives of others, but in yours as well. When you speak out loud, you are speaking to yourself. What you focus on, and think about, will manifest in your actions.

You are BRAVE, BOLD & BEAUTIFUL & you are a HERO! Please believe you are inspiring other women out there, even the ones who pretend they don’t see you.

Quit falling victim to the struggles of life, and quit making excuses.

Stop negative self talk, stop wallowing in pity, stop abusing your body, stop putting things off until tomorrow, stop being afraid, stop giving away pieces of yourself, stop saying you. can’t do something, stop crying about what has happened, and take control of your life! Allow GOD to come in and order your steps, provide you with guidance and direction, and heal your open wounds. Earnestly seek Him with your whole heart; He’s waiting on YOU!

Some of us have become so overwhelmed with life that we have stopped trying, that we have given up, and all we needed to do was get off the phone and run to the throne! Not only will GOD provide us comfort and peace, but He has the answers! He has the blueprint! He has the purpose we are supposed to walk in!

He created us in HIS image! –Genesis 1:27

He called us GOOD!- Genesis 1:31

He said we are fearfully and wonderfully made!- Psalms 139: 14

He said that if we acknowledge Him int he morning, he will make our paths straight during the day. – Proverbs 3:6

It’s easy to search for validation in others, but instead of worrying about who is following us online, or following others online, we should be following JESUS! When we shift our focus, we then can shift our atmosphere which can make all the difference in living peacefully, joyously, confidently, and faithfully!

When we are aligned with Christ, the doubt we were feeling fades away, the feelings of insecurity are replaced with confidence, the fear of failure is replaced with being fearless of what want, the feeling of comparison or inadequacy is replaced with a spirit of thankfulness and gratitude, the feeling of being negative is replaced with grace… understanding that we aren’t perfect, but we are more than enough!

I pray that today you find the strength to step out of your comfort zone. Being uncomfortable means we will be stretched! Being stretched means growth. Growth means blossoming and flourishing. Growing and flourishing means we have arrived… we are in a space to receive GOD’s blessings, His wisdom, and share the light inside of us with others.

It means knowing our worth, and the value GOD has placed on us. We will no longer accept the titles that others have put on us (“The problem with labels is the longer we wear them, the less they describe our past and the more they determine our future.”) ; instead we will strip those labels off beginning our new identity in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Girlfriend, I applaud you! I got your back and if you ever need someone to remind you of who and whose you are, I will be there for you! We may be strong individually, but we are stronger together. I love you all, and am praying for that shift in you for you to step into the proverbial woman GOD called you to be.

“Being a strong woman is absolutely important to me, but that doesn’t mean I have to do it all on my own. GOD has my back! He keeps me going when I feel like quitting. He gives me strength when I feel weak, and He always loves me. Because of Him, I have someone to depend on.”- Heaven Daniels

Stay blessed!
